We understand that HOA deadlines can be a source of anxiety, and we are very familiar with navigating these requirements. Even if our installation calendar is full, we can prioritize getting your professional landscape plans finalized and submitted to your HOA. Once a formal plan is submitted, it serves as official documentation that your project is actively in progress. Most HOA boards recognize this as a clear demonstration of good-faith effort, which is typically sufficient to satisfy their requirements while you wait for the final installation to begin.

If you want minimal maintenance, going with xeriscaping, or hardscaping, or a mix of the two is your best bet. Both of these services require the least amount of maintenance and save a lot of water by working with the Colorado climate.

Our payment structure is 20% down to hold your place on the calendar and allow us to order your supplies, then 40% paid the day we start work and 40% final payment once work is complete.

We have the capacity to perform hardscape installations year-round, including throughout the winter months. As spring and summer are our peak seasons, signing your estimate in the fall is a proactive way to secure your preferred installation dates for the following spring and potentially avoid our typical 5-6 week lead time during busier periods.
